Cheese Drains - Rocking & Punched Tin

These cheese drains demonstrate the early settlers different ways of getting the job done.  The wooden rocking cheese drain is large and very serviceable.  It is of New York origin.  The smaller punched tin drain adds an element of beauty to the task.  The 19th century heart drain is from Pennsylvania.

The rocking cheese drain measures 28" long by 16" wide by 9 1/2" tall.
