Hand Painted Miniature Tray

This small hand painted tray dates to the late 19th century.  It is in great conditon and is exquisitely painted with a woman and bird atop a floral urn.  The words "De Hoop" means good luck or good fortune.  The tray measures 7" long by 5" wide.
