Celluloid Twin Black Babies

This is a precious item -- too special to call a toy.  The twin black babies are together in a bunting inside a pink fabric covered box.  The babies are celluloid and in excellent condition - note that one baby has a dent in the back of the head.  The box measures 4" by 3" and the babies measure 2 1/2".  Each baby is holding a bottle.
