Payment
We welcome checks, and all major credit cards including American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover. Sales tax of 7.5% is added to all purchases made in Illinois unless a valid sales tax exemption number is provided.
Personal Contact
We are not an E-commerce vendor. When you buy from us it will always be by direct contact. Sometimes by email or phone and you are always welcome to visit us by appointment and see our new barn and showroom. We have nearly 5,000 items in inventory on hand and at the Gurnee Antique Center (5 minutes away). We'd love to show more than we can possibly publish on this website.
Shipping
We ship via UPS or USPS-Priority at the actual carrier cost. All items are insured when shipped. In the rare instance damage occurs during shipping, we will assist in any way possible to help all parties resolve the issue fairly and quickly. In most cases we package items at no cost. For those items that require special handling and/or crating, we will provide a quote for shipping and insurance for your approval. We actively travel, so on occasion we can, by mutual agreement, arrange for delivery or pick-up. Please contact us for more details.
Unconditional Return Privileges
If you are not completely happy with anything you receive from us, for any reason whatsoever, you may return it to us for a full refund less shipping charges. All we ask is that you notify us within 3 days of receipt of your item and then promptly return it in the same condition as when it was sold to you.
